HDMI CAT5 Extender
|
Fully HDCP compliant the EXT-HDMI-CAT5X is a an ideal solution if you require to distribute an HDMI signal over a long distance and have pre-installed or are planing a structured wiring layout.
The CAT5 Extreme extends your HDTV display up to 200 feet away from your HDTV source using two screened CAT5 cables.
The HDMIT CAT5 Extreme-S 'sender' unit sits next to your Source device - SKY HD, HD DVD, DVD or Blu-ray Disc player. The Source plugs into the the 'sender' unit using the supplied 2m HDMI cable.
The HDMIT CAT5 Extreme-S
'sender' unit and HDMI CAT5 Extreme-R 'receive' unit are connected using
two CAT5 cables (not supplied).
The HDMI CAT5 Extreme-R 'receive'
unit sits next to your HDTV display - up to 200 feet away. The display
plugs into the back of the Extreme-R receiver unit using an HDMI cable
(not supplied).
You can also use the 'sender' unit in conjunction with an HDMI Switch, HDMI capable AV Receiver or HDMI Distribution amp to send the selected Source to your Display in another room.
