The HDCATIR-RX-UK Receiver is the ideal partner product for the HDMX48CAT and HDMX44CAT HDMI over Twisted pair Matrix units.
Connect the HDCATIR-RX-UK via 2 x CAT6 cables to the dual RJ45 Outputs of your Octava 'CAT' Matrix and deliver HDMI to the remote Zone plus send IR back to your Source device via the Matrix.

1.3 compliant and 3D Ready for use with
Blu-ray 3D and SKY+ HD 3D.
Supports audio codecs including LPCM, Dolby Digital, DTS, DOLBY TRU HD, DTS Master Audio.
The Receiver unit sports optional screw down lugs to enable secure installation in AV Racks or behind Display equipment.
On 'legacy'
installs you can use CAT5 cable - though on longer cable runs you may
be limited to 1080i as the bandwidth required for 1080p may exceed the
capabilities of your installed cable.
User adjustable EQ allows for a degree of adjustment where your CAT5 cables are causing significant signal attenuation.
The Receiver unit is externally powered avoiding any possible problems
due to power starvation on the HDMI 5v signal bus.
