With this Matrix Switch you can simultaneously view the same or different Sources on your Display devices.
The inbuilt 'Clear Eye' technology ensures your Source signals arrive at your Display in pristine condition.
Four Front panel Toggle buttons with LED indictors allow you to quickly select which Input you wish to route to which Output.
PoC (Power over Cable) is a Unique feature which greatly simplifies your In-room installation with no requirement for a power supply behind each Display device.
Outputs
A - D have 'always-on' mirrored HDMI plus Dual RJ-45 Output sockets.
Dual RJ-45 sockets send your HD signals over dual runs of CAT6 cable to remote Zones.
The dual RJ-45 outputs connect to the matching HDCATIR-RX-UK In-room Receiver's over distances up to 35m using low cost easy to install CAT6 cable with support for signals up to and including 1080p60.
Note - for 1080p60 signal extension we recommend CAT6 over CAT5 or CAT5e; we quote a nominal distance of 35m though installers report they can run to 45m and longer.

Routed IR Passthru from each of the
In-room Receiver units the HD44CATMX-UK cuts down on the required number
of cables in a multi room installation and minimises the requirement for
a costly stand alone IR cable network and In-room receiver.
The Rear hard wired IR port is for the connection of an optional IR Receiver Extender cable or insertion of the supplied IR Receiver disable plug.
A new 36 button remote allows single button Source and Zone mapping with discreet IR codes for simple integration with learning remotes and control systems.
For the Pro installer the Matrix is supplied Inc. Rack Mount lugs and includes an RS232 control port.
The HD44CATMX-UK has five installer selectable EDID modes to ensure best compatibly in the most challenging HDMI networks plus is programmable with custom EDID using the New USB port.
The rear RS232 port enables full integration with control systems such as AMX, Crestron and Control4.

RS232 Port - control the system from any Control System (AMX, Control4, Crestron etc.) or a PC running the Free Octava control App.
USB Port - enables simple and efficient PC based custom EDID updates.
