Our latest Matrix unit combines HDMI Inputs with user selectable HDMI and RJ45 Outputs.

Outputs A and B are user selectable between HDMI and Dual RJ45 - outputs C to H are Dual RJ45 only.

The RJ45 outputs allow you to connect to matching In-room HDMI + IR Receiver's over distances up to 35m using low cost easy to install CAT5e or CAT6 cable with support for signals up to and including 1080p.

Note - for 1080p60 signal transfer we recommend CAT6 cable - we quote a nominal distance of 35m though installers report they can run to 45m and longer.

For the Pro installer the Matrix is supplied Inc. Rack Mount lugs and includes an RS232 control port.

The HDMX48CAT-UK has three installer selectable EDID modes to ensure best compatibly in the most challenging HDMI networks plus reprogrammable EPROM control chips allows us to deliver Firmware updates during the life of the Matrix.

With integral Routed IR Passthru from each of the In-room Receiver units the HDMX48CAT-UK cuts down on the required number of cables in a multi room installation and minimises the requirement for a costly stand alone IR cable network and In-room receiver's.

Eight Front panel Toggle buttons with LED indictors allow you to quickly select which Input you wish to route to which Output.

IR and RS232 also allow quick user control using the supplied Credit Card remote, Programmable remotes or control systems such as AMX, Crestron and WACI.
