The HDOCAT is a unique device that offers HDMI + Optical to the remote location plus IR Passthru from the remote location back to the Source location over two CAT5 or CAT6 cables.

IR Passthru enables remote control via the CAT5/6 cables of all devices at the Source location.

We include an IR Receiver Extender cable + a Four head IR Transmitter Blaster cable to enable simple and effective control of up to four source devices using a programmable remote (not supplied) or your equipment's own remotes.

HDMI 1.3 compliant and 3-D Ready for use with
Blu-ray 3-D and SKY+ HD 3-D.

Active Drive and Compensation circuitry ensures error free HD video and Audio transmission for a lossless HD experience.

Supports audio codecs including LPCM, Dolby Digital, DTS, DOLBY TRU HD, DTS Master Audio.

Both the Tx (Transmitter) and Rx (Receiver) units sport screw down lugs to enable secure installation in AV Racks or behind Source and Display equipment.

The Tx and Rx units are externally powered to maintain system reliability.

Will deliver 1080p60 up to 45m over Dual CAT6 cables - our unit is also compatible with CAT5 and CAT5e cables though where possible we advise folk to use/install CAT6 cable (we do on all of our installs!).
