Push Button and IR (Remote) source selection these very affordable HDMI
switches will provide seamless integration for Standard and High Definition
source devices.

Combining a Four Input HDMI switch with a Four Input Optical and Coaxial
Digital Audio switch this unit is ideal for customers who own an HDMI
equipped TV, up to Four HDMI equipped Sources and an 'all-in-one' Home
Theatre system with only one Optical or Coaxial Digital Audio input.

Connect an HDMI cable + an Optical Digital Audio cable from each Source to the HDS4A switch and a single HDMI cable from the Switch to you TV and a single Optical cable from the switch to your Home Theatre systems 'Aux' Digital Audio Input and audio and video will now be switched in tandem by a single button push on the Octava remote (or let the Octava 'Smart Scan' technology control source selection Automatically).
If you have a non HDMI equipped Source but do require to switch its Optical Digital Audio Output (SKY+ for example) simply connect the Optical Output from the Source to a spare Optical Input on the HDS4A switch and as long as one of your HDMI equipped Sources is 'active' and the Octava switch powered up you can select the required Source manually using the Octava Remote or the Front Panel toggle - now select the SCART Input on your TV and you will see and hear your non HDMI equipped source.
Small, lightweight and supplied to our UK and Ireland customers with a 240v CE marked power supply these units are proving very popular with our many customers who own Displays, TV's and Projector's with a single HDMI Input socket.
The inbuilt HDMI 1.3
compliant 'Clear Eye' technology ensures your Source signals arrive at
your Display in pristine condition.
.The 'Clear
Eye' technology allows you to use Output cables up to 10m without worrying
about signal drop off over your Output cable run.
If you require to run a very long Output cable to your Display or Projector combine the HDS4A-UK with an Octava HDE-UK 'Extender' to achieve cable runs up to 30m.
The inbuilt 'Smart Scan' technology will Automatically select the newest Active source and Output it to your Display.
Alternatively use the supplied 'Credit Card' remote or Front Toggle to select any one of your 'active' HDMI equipped Sources.
With Discrete IR codes for each Input its very simple to 'Learn' and Integrate the Octava switch with your Programmable remote or Control system.
