30 March 2011 - it is with great sadness we announce the passing of one of the founders of TMF.

Richard was a key member of our team from 1993 to 1999 and went on to do great work as a Steadicam operator, Lighting Cameraman and latterly fulfilled his dream as Director of Photography on the movie Electric Man.

For those who knew Richard you can ensure Richard's dream lives on by donating to the Richard Steel Memorial Scholarship at the National Film and Television School.
