Initially the company specialised in the hire, sale and installation of Videowall technologies.

1996 and 1997 saw a rapid expansion of the company to cope with the demands of two major technical support and system provision contracts with BT in the UK.

Richard left The Media Factory in 1999 to run a very successful Steadicam and Video Production company - IPF.

Joe now runs the company with a focus on the rapidly expanding Home Theatre and Home Entertainment markets in addition to the corporate Audio Visual market.

In addition to End User Sales and System Installations the Company is now the UK Distributor for a range of Installation, Connectivity and Control equipment from companies such as BetterCables, Labor Saving Devices, Magnepull, NeoPro, Octava Inc. RTComUSA and Zektor.

Before setting up the Media Factory Joe spent six years working with HiFi and Multi Room audio dealers in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
