Vision FCSC2 - HDMI to DVI Converter
|
For customers with 'legacy' Displays that lack HDMI or DVI with HDCP Input sockets this unique device enable you to connect Standard or High Definition Sources equipped with an HDMI Output to the HD compatible DVI-D or DVI-I Input of your Display.
Connect your HDMI equipped Source to the Input side of the Vision FCSC2 using an HDMI to DVI cable (not supplied).
Connect a DVI to DVI cable (supplied) between the video Output socket of the Vision FCSC2 and the DVI-D or DVI-I Input socket on your HD capable Display.
Using the Front Panel Selection buttons on the FCSC2 set the converter to Output Digital video in your preferred Format and Frame Rate - for best results try and ensure 50Hz Input signals go out at 50Hz and 60Hz Input signal go out at 60Hz.
Once you have an Image on your Display you can use the On-Screen User Menu to adjust for optimum Output Resolution, Horizontal and Vertical Image positioning, Brightness, Contrast and Colour control.
And that's it - very simple, no great fuss and once installed in your system the unit will do its job with minimal user intervention.
