To create team spirit within the junior management.

A country house hotel. Four days. Four events. Four custom-built, supremely challenging activities. 250 staff to be organised. By putting the teams under constant time pressure, the goal was to encourage each group to overcome challenges through co-operation and trust. Amongst other tough tasks, they were expected to make a 10-minute television advert explaining ATM benefits to potential customers.

The teams also faced a demanding quiz game show with a fully automatic team scoring system. Throughout all these activities, we were there, with the staff and the technology.

We provided the main technical support crew 24 hours a day for each team. The event itself needed precision technology, a total commitment to efficiency and experienced event management. We even set off the fireworks.
