The Zektor HDS4x2 is a fully active Four Input, Two Output Component Video + Stereo and Digital Audio Matrix switch.

The HDS4x2 is a fully 1080p compatible and capable of driving Two Displays in your Home Theater or Two Discreet Zones around your Home - with Independent Source selection for each Zone.

With a -3db bandwidth of 400MHz, the HDS4x2 effortlessly passes 1080p60, 1080p50 and 1080p24 HD signals.

The HDS4x2 utilizes D.C. coupling throughout the video section - D.C. coupled inputs and outputs are usually found only in professional, or passive (relay based) switches.

The HDS4x2 supports video and audio blanking during switching (often called 'Fade to Black') - each zone can be individually set to blank its video or mute its audio for an adjustable amount of time during switching.

All timings can be adjusted to match the needs of any piece of equipment you have connected to the HDS4x2.

Simple to use Front Panel controls and LED indicators make the HDS4x2 a breeze to control - Zektor also include full IR and RS232 control with a rear panel Opto-isolated Hardwired IR Jack for additional system integration flexibility.

Zektor's IIR™ learning allows the HDS4x2 to work with virtually any remote control!

The LED indicators can be set to Bright, Dim, Auto Dim, or Off. The Auto Dim mode will fade the LEDs from the Bright setting to the Dim setting about 4 seconds after an input is selected.

The intensity levels of the front panel LEDs are also adjustable, allowing the HDS4x2 to be used in a wide range of lighting conditions. The front panel can even be made to gently dim its front panels lights to 'off', when the front panel is not in use.

With Coaxial and Optical Audio Inputs plus cross conversion between Coaxial and Optical all of your digital audio sources are available on mirrored Digital audio Outputs (2 x Coaxial + 2 x Optical).

The Coaxial Digital Audio Inputs are True Audiophile grade inputs - not Composite Video circuits masquerading as Digital Audio Inputs.
